Live Marshal is available to U.S. Department of Defense and U.S. Law Enforcement personnel at no cost.

You will need a serial number to activate Live Marshal after installation. Please fax a request (on your agency's letterhead) for a serial number.

In the request, please include your

1. Name
2. Government email address (U.S. Department of Defense or U.S. Law Enforcement email)
3. Phone number (including area code)
4. Address
5. How many serial numbers you need (each installation of Live Marshal requires a serial number)

We will send the serial number and software download instructions to your law enforcement email address. (Please make sure to check your SPAM/Junk Mail filter for our response.) If the machine on which Live Marshal is installed can reach the Internet, you will be able to activate the product immediately by using the serial number; if not, a manual activation process is available as well.
